This restored house is situated near the village of Ponte -Leccia and the valley of Asco in a protected natural environment. The house offers a panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding nature.

Away from the resorts very visited, halfway between Corte and Ile Rousse , enjoy this privileged position to easily explore the whole island.

The house of 135 square meters duplex sleeps six to seven people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with a non sofa bed, satellite TV and a fireplace. The large , open kitchen is separate and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, dining room adjoins

There is a WC on the ground floor

Upstairs the three bedrooms and the bathroom are located .

There is one bedroom with a double bed, a triple room with a double bed and a single bed and a bedroom with a single bed. For a seventh person in an extra bed is available. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine . The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

There is a private swimming pool. It has a size of 7.70 x 3.80 m and a variable depth of 1.40 to 2.00 meters. Enjoy after a refreshing dip in the pool , sunbathe on the sun loungers. On the shaded furnished terrace next to the pool, you can enjoy a barbecue and a rest area
